Verification of Final Proof: We strongly encourage you to carefully review and approve the final proof of your packaging before proceeding with printing. This step allows you to confirm that the design and specifications meet your requirements.

Reporting Damaged or Non-compliant Packaging: In the event that the packaging you receive is damaged or does not meet the specified standards as per your order, please notify us within three working days of receiving the shipment. To assist us in assessing the issue, we kindly request that you provide us with digital images or videos showcasing the product’s fault.

Evaluation and Possible Return: Depending on the situation, we may require you to return the merchandise to our packaging facility within 30 days after notifying the problem about your received product’s fault. Once the returned consignment arrives, our dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) team will thoroughly examine the packaging, carefully considering the issue you have conveyed through the provided digital images or videos.

Reproduction or Refunds: If our examination reveals an error in the packaging that aligns with your complaint, we will gladly reproduce the products at no additional cost. Our aim is to rectify any issues and ensure that you receive packaging that meets your specifications and requirements. If the problem persists at our end, you can expect to be informed and receive a full refund.
