Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be flexible. If you anticipate a change in your order, please inform us as soon as possible. The possibility of a refund depends on the order’s progress. If no work has started on your order, you are eligible for a full refund (see details below).
Cancellation Stages and Fees:
- Stage 1: Orders placed online – Cancellable immediately after payment with a 25% processing fee.
- Stage 2: Orders in design – A 50% cancellation fee applies for design work.
- Stage 3: Orders in production – A 70% fee may apply; cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
- Stage 4: Shipped orders – Cancellation is not possible once orders are shipped.
Refunds
In cases of a confirmed error by KeepPackaging, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. Refunds or credits are not issued.
Reprint Policy
If an error is verified on our end, we will reprint your order in full at no extra charge.
Returns
Customers must notify us within 4 business days of delivery regarding any defects, damage, or missing items. Claims not filed within this timeframe are not eligible for return or replacement.
To receive replacements, customers must return at least 99% of the product (at their expense) within 10 days of the initial delivery date.
Information for International Buyers
For international orders, please note:
- Customs Taxes and Duties: Vary by country and are not within our control; any taxes incurred are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Import Fees and Charges: These are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be covered by the buyer.
- Customs Office Consultation: Please check with your country’s customs office to understand any additional costs before ordering.
Shipping and Delivery
KeepPackaging offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Ships within 10 to 14 business days after proof approval.
- Priority Shipping: Guaranteed shipping within 7 to 10 business days after proof approval.
All shipments are dispatched within 8 business days of final proof approval.
Damaged and Lost Packages
Please inspect all packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any issues must be reported to KeepPackaging and the delivery carrier immediately. Claims must be made within 4 business days of delivery to qualify for support. KeepPackaging is not responsible for third-party shipping errors or damages.
Additional Notes for International Buyers
- Taxes and Duties: Assessed by your country’s customs, these are payable by the buyer.
- Import Fees: Not included in product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Consultation: Check with your local customs office for any additional fees before purchasing.
